Director - Marketing & PR (Big Boys Toys, Artaaj)
Create and lead marketing strategy to achieve exhibition sales objectives using integrated communication channels for Big Boys Toys, an exhibition property owned by Artaaj Events.
Slated to be the biggest show in the region by 2015, Big Boys Toys 2011 will bring together the ‘best of the best' products and services combined with live demos and activities that will appeal to the high net worth male consumer. With the seven original zones: Drive, Ride, Off Road, Marine, Aviation, Digital and Lifestyle, and three new ones: Fitness, Fashion and Adventure, the exhibition is expected to feature more than 100 exhibitors, across 46 exclusive categories showcasing their products to an affluent target audience of over 60,000 visitors.

Key Responsibilities
- Setting campaign objectives and strategies
- Negotiating media partnerships and managing fulfillment
- Developing, managing and executing international, regional and local integrated campaign targeting sponsors, exhibitors and consumers: covering all channels from outdoor, print, television, radio, BTL, online and PR.
- Creating effective strategies, designing campaigns and developing all related material.
- Ensuring that sponsor marketing deliverables are met and providing them with exhibition marketing support
- Managing the compilation of post show marketing reports, and 2012 show marketing material
Special Skills
- 5 - 10 years of integrated marketing experience
- Agency background is a plus
- Fluency in Arabic preferred
- Well versed with latest consumer marketing techniques using social marketing: Forums, Blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
