Proposal Manager

This role involves liaising with the sales, operations & design teams to create event concepts based on client requirements.

• Working from event briefs, brainstorming and conceptualizing events
• Translating event and campaign concepts into proposals and assisting sales team in making successful pitches
• Working with the visualization team to create custom 2D & 3D visuals for proposals
• Coordinating with operations teams to source suppliers and estimating costs for each element within the proposal
• Researching and sourcing appropriate entertainment within UAE and from around the world

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• An eye for creative design, knowledge of current events
• Creative writing & research abilities
• Ability to forecast and estimate project budgets
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
