Ski Dubai at the Mall of the Emirates contacted Artaaj with a very unusual requirement – they needed elves for Santa’s Grotto! An innovative idea in the Middle East market, we set to work with the client, designing costumes and sourcing appropriate staff who would be able to interact with children across all cultures. Mall visitors could have breakfast with Santa Claus and click pictures in his grotto, followed by a mall wide parade!
